The training helped me focus on the importance of always defining goals before each action and at the same time on the usefulness of the group’s strength in achieving those goals. These concepts may seem trivial, but they are easy to forget during daily operations. What I appreciated of the Coach was the organization, the problem solving skill, the classroom management, the ability to teach through an experiential path, to think effectively, outside the box with efficient solutions. I think that a HR specialist or an Entrepreneur should invest in such a program to refocus their operational strategies, to make them functional to their business, to strengthen team spirit, to improve knowledge among participants in challenging conditions; nothing trivial, but working having fun.
