The Development Center program helped me to understand the details of myself which in turn allowed me to better understand my personal photography. I appreciated how clear the path was for her and where it could lead, even though it was my own path. I sincerely felt the clear help even if it is something I only realized afterwards. A HR specialist/Entrepreneur should invest in such a program because I believe it is essential to guide and enable the growth of the individual in order to pursue effectively a business growth. And to pursue this growth it is essential to have the right tools.
